Refund policy

Right of withdrawal

The Right of Withdrawal lasts 14 days, as indicated by article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. If it has been more than 14 days since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for the right of withdrawal, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must be in the original sealed package.

Any item not in its original condition or damaged or with the package open for reasons not due to our error is exempt from the right of withdrawal.

 

Refunds (if possible)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be sent to your original payment method, within 5 days.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at

Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to change it with the same item, send us an email to:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipment will be deducted from the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replaced product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
