FREE International Shipping over 80€ in Europe

FREE Intercontinental Shipping over 200 USD all over the World

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays, all orders received from Friday after 12 Italian time, to Sunday will be shipped by the courier on Monday) from receipt of the order confirmation email, after payment. This notification will inform you that we are preparing the order (we usually manage to ship the same day or the next day). When we ship the order, you will receive another email, with the tracking number + link to track the shipment.

We collaborate with 3 of the best couriers operating in Italy: GLS, UPS and FED EX. We offer shipping with fixed rates for Italy (for orders under €49) for Europe (for orders under €80) and in the rest of the world (for orders under 200USD)

Average waiting time (from check-out completion):

Shipping to Italy: 1 - 4 working days

Shipping to Europe: 2 - 6 working days

Intercontinental shipping: 4 - 6 working days

Costs:

Shipping to Italy: €8 (orders under < €49) - €12 (orders heavier than 3kg)

Shipping to Europe: €14.90 (orders under < €80)

Intercontinental shipping: €35 (orders under < 200 USD)

All shipments depart from our unique headquarters in Italy, here in San Felice Circeo (LT) via Ungaretti 81 04017. We are on Google Maps as 'Alchimie di Circe' Laboratorio artigianale and/or 'Zafferano del Circeo' Az.agricola SlowFood. The company is a few hundred metres from the centre of the lower town, the sea and Mount Circeo, the heart of the Circeo National Park

International and Intercontinental Shipments

We offer shipping throughout Europe and worldwide at the (fixed) rates listed above on this page.

Your order may be subject to special import duties and taxes, depending on the country from which you place the order. These costs, different for each country, on alchimiedicirce.com are applied at check-out and clearly added to the shipping cost, easily consultable among the order account items.

This way we avoid that you receive unpleasant surprises with hidden costs and charges, after the order

How can I check the status of an order?

When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification that will include a tracking number and a useable link to check its status. Tracking information will be available within a few hours of purchase.

If you do not receive the order within 3 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us via chat, whatsapp or email (at ordini@alchimiedicirce.it ) and specify your name and the problem or delay with the order. We will provide a solution in the shortest possible time.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery in case of unused items and in the original condition and we refund the full amount of the order, minus the return shipping costs.

If your order should arrive damaged in any way, inform us as soon as possible at ordini@alchimiedicirce.it by sending the order number and a photo showing the conditions of the item. We handle these problems on a case-by-case basis, and we package our products completely by hand, so we will try to do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
