Whether it's an aperitif or a snack, prepare a gourmet vegan snack in an instant with this 2/4 portion box.
- 1 pack of Lingue di Strega (our super flaky naturally protein crackers thanks to cereal flours and unrefined ancient grains combined with selected dried fruit and organic seeds) in this box the one with Circeo saffron, cashews and organic chia seeds (1 of 4 different combinations)
- 2 alchemical preserves of 130g 1)wild purcelane (portulaca oleracea) in EVO oil 2) sweet and sour kind of chicory (hypochoeris radicata) in EVO oil, the wild herbs that grows in our fields between saffron lines. The EVO oil we use is ‘Olio Flaminio’ - Umbria -Italy
- a pack of natural black chickpeas (sustainably grown without the use of chemicals) from the organic farm FarFarina da Fara in Sabina (Rome), our suppliers of ancient wheat flour and green rye and members of the SlowFood Roma community as our farm.
Inside each box you will find one or more alchemical finger food recipes , such as spiced black chickpea hummus with which to stuff witch tongues with preserves. Follow the instructions for a delicious, nutritious but quick snack, which can be decorated in always different way..
Each box is therefore also a collaboration between two excellences of our territory who share another way of doing agriculture and therefore another way of experiencing the kitchen..

Quando arriva il pacco si trova uno scrigno di Tesori. Grande cura e grandissima qualità. Il miele di zafferano e la maionese con zafferano sono a dir poco sublimi. Da riordinare subito. Non si può restare senza. I biscotti sono altrettanto spettacolari. C'è davvero tantissimo impegno e qualità. Complimenti e grazie per questa eccellenza
Buona idea realizzare snack salutari per accompagnare aperitivi o semplicemente sgranocchiare qualcosa di buono senza sentirsi in colpa. Si sente che sono prodotti buoni e semplici che hanno però gusto.

Una meravigliosa scoperta. Sapori inaspettati ed un senza glutine semplice, naturale, vero. Sul mercato dedicato i prodotti così sono rarità. Grazie a chi dedica tanta cura a questi che non chiamerei prodotti ma...doni.

L’abbiamo provata con formaggi di capra r non ed ha esaltato i sapori , delicata ma gustosa adatta anche in un bel panino con arrosto ed insalata .
Leggera e gustosa di sente bene lo zafferano la consiglio
Ho assaggiato il cioccolato bianco pistacchi e zafferano, pur non essendo nelleie corde l'ho molto apprezzato. Le altre 2 scatolertao dei regali e per ora non ho ancora ricevuto il feedback di ritorno.ma sono sicuro che saranno stati apprezzati. Saluti Mario Trucchi
