The ancient wheat flour (Rieti/Originario variety) and green rye that we use for the Lingue come from the organic farm FarFarina da Fara in Sabina - Rome, grown in a sustainable way without the use of chemicals.

For Oats, Spelled and Rice Flour we have chosen the selection of Molino Cipolla (Terracina - LT), the historic mill in our area from which our family has been supplying since the 1950s.
