Our Annurche apples , grown here on the farm in a 100% natural way, slightly sweet and sour, perfect for this fruity and very delicate mostarda, with only (a little) apple cider vinegar . Precisely for this mostardine, halfway between sweet and sour, to the point that it can easily be used for breakfast on rusks.

The only native apple of central-southern Italy , the Annurca is also the healthiest and most nutritious apple, with its ideal mix of salts and vitamins , kept unaltered by low cooking , as required by the culinary tradition in this case from Biella, which inspired us in the making of this precious sauce.

Velvety texture and surprising taste, excellent for giving vent to creativity in the kitchen with its multiple uses, from a simple cheese platter , or a gourmet burger , a vinegrette to dress salads, up to daring use in a glaze on meat cooked at low temperature.

Pairings

- Perfetta sui formaggi stagionati
- Ma anche su salumi di vario tipo
- Si presta per glassature e cotture a bassa temperatura
- Buona anche a colazione sul pane tostato col burro, in quanto l'aceto di mele bio presente è pochissimo, quindi una mostarda dolce e delicata

Definitely suitable for cheeses , even vegetable ones, better if aged..but it will amaze you as a sauce for gourmet sandwiches , as a base for salad vinaigrettes , in low temperature cooking (oven or fire) for glazing fish, roasts , vegetable burbers… like any alchemy it stimulates the imagination!

Conservation tips

Keep away from sunlight in the pantry, once opened it can be kept for up to 1 week in the fridge with a closed jar
